Please read these terms carefully before using mychemist.ai. By using the site you agree to be bound by them.

1. What mychemist.ai is

mychemist.ai (the "Service") is an Australian-based information platform that surfaces information about traditional herbal remedies and clinically researched supplements that are available for purchase on third-party retailers, including iHerb.

The Service is operated by InnMotion (the "Operator", "we", "us", "our"). You can reach us via the contact form on the homepage.

2. We are an information service, not a pharmacy or healthcare provider

mychemist.ai is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, naturopath, herbalist, or pharmacist. We do not sell, dispense, prescribe, or supply any product. We do not handle, ship, or fulfil any order.

When you click a product link, you leave the Service and complete your purchase on a third-party retailer (such as iHerb) under that retailer's terms and conditions. We are not a party to that transaction.

The Service surfaces information about traditional uses of herbs and supplements drawn from public sources. It is not medical advice.

3. No medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic claims

Information provided by the Service:

is general in nature and is not personalised medical advice;
does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition;

The Service uses artificial intelligence to surface herb and supplement information based on the concerns you describe. AI is imperfect and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date results. Use AI output as a starting point for your own research only. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated content.

6. Affiliate links

use the Service in any way that breaches any applicable law (including the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, Spam Act 2003, and Australian Consumer Law);

scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's content for commercial purposes without permission;
attempt to bypass safety screens, rate limits, or other technical controls;
submit prompt-injection attempts, false safety information, or content intended to circumvent the Service's TGA-compliance guard rails.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, design, code, the herb catalogue, AI prompts, and brand identity — is owned by the Operator or its licensors. You may share links to public pages, but may not reproduce substantial portions of the content elsewhere without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the operation of the Service, the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Service, or the suitability of any product for your circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (where permitted) to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of resupply.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profit, loss of data, or any health outcome arising from use of any product purchased on a third-party retailer after viewing information on the Service.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is, where permitted by law, limited to AUD $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from and against any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including legal fees) made by a third party and arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your reliance on Service content in place of qualified medical advice.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and the Operator submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
